VoicePay Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoicePay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using VoicePay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About VoicePay
VoicePay is a UPI payment notification application that provides real-time voice alerts for payment notifications received on your device.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
By using VoicePay, you represent that:
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws
- You will use the app only for lawful purposes
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoicePay for personal or business use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Sell or sublicense the app
All intellectual property rights remain owned by VoicePay.
4. Description of Service
VoicePay reads payment notifications on your device and announces them using voice alerts.
VoicePay does NOT:
- Access your bank account
- Store UPI PINs
- Initiate transactions
The app only processes notification data locally or securely as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information if required
- Grant required permissions for app functionality
- Keep your device secure
- Use the app responsibly
You must not:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Misuse the app for fraudulent activity
- Interfere with servers or systems
6. Third-Party Services
VoicePay works with third-party payment apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and others.
We are not affiliated with or responsible for:
- Third-party app functionality
- Payment failures
- Transaction disputes
Your use of those apps is governed by their terms.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
VoicePay may offer paid plans or subscriptions.
By purchasing a plan, you agree that:
- Payments are billed via Google Play or other payment providers
- Prices may change with notice
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings.
Refunds are subject to applicable platform policies.
8. Cancellation & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the service
- Required by law
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Limitation of Liability
VoicePay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Continuous availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoicePay shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Payment disputes
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of VoicePay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Updates to Service
We may update or modify the app at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance.
You agree to install updates when available.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by VoicePay and protected by applicable laws.
You may not use our branding without permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
