General Questions

How can I find my User ID?

If our support team asks for your User ID, you can locate it by following these steps:

  1. Open the Soundbox app and tap on the Settings icon (gear icon at the top right).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the version number.
  3. A confirmation message will appear showing that your account information has been copied.
  4. Paste this information into your email when contacting our support team.

If you are asked to provide detailed content information, press and hold the version number for about 5 seconds to copy additional details.

Request a Copy or Deletion of Your Data

You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your data by contacting us at appcrunch.founder@gmail.com.

Once we receive and verify your request:

• Data deletion is typically completed within 2 business days
• Data access requests may take up to 30 days

Please note that data deletion requests are permanent and cannot be reversed.

Children’s Privacy

AppCrunch is committed to protecting user privacy and complies with applicable children’s data protection laws.

For users under the age of 13, data is stored only locally on their device. If parents or guardians wish to remove all data, uninstalling the application will remove stored information.
